By accessing or using our API gateway, developer portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Abqu provides a unified, OpenAI-compatible API gateway that gives developers access to multiple large language models ("LLMs") hosted by third‑party providers (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM). You may use our Service to send requests and receive responses via standard HTTP API calls. We manage routing, load balancing, and billing so you can focus on building your application.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for any activity that occurs under your account. Immediately notify us at service@abqu.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any API key that is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Our Service is primarily usage‑based. You prepay for credits, and credits are consumed per token (input + output) based on the model you select. All prices are clearly displayed on our Pricing page. Credits are non‑transferable and expire 12 months after your last activity, but we will notify you via email before expiry. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash except as described in our 14‑day refund policy above. Refund requests after 14 days may be reviewed individually but are generally not granted unless required by law.
We use third‑party payment processors (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms as well. All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, or other taxes.
You may not use the Service to:

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store your request/response payloads longer than necessary for operational monitoring (maximum 30 days). We never use your prompts or generated content to train or improve models without your explicit consent. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, emergencies, or third‑party failures. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, but we will give at least 30 days' notice for material changes that affect paid users.
You retain all rights to any input content you provide and any output you generate using our Service. We claim no ownership over your content. Our Service, including the API design, documentation, and website, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our API endpoints or website without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abqu and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abqu, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate your account at any time for any reason by providing written notice. Upon termination, you lose access to your remaining credits, except that any unused credits purchased within the last 14 days will be refunded pro‑rata upon request. We may terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore (or a neutral jurisdiction of your choice) without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), conducted in English. You agree that small claims court may be used as an alternative if the claim qualifies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
